Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Higher Education or related field.
• Experience in human resources or higher education preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent English grammar and professional writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage JoC program budget of $400,000+.
• Oversee payroll and HR transactions for interns.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines and term workflows.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and align with HR policies.
• Provide site mentor and intern training and development.
• Coach student applicants and conduct workshops.
• Supervise one full-time Campus Internship Coordinator.
• Maintain reporting and data systems (Banner/PeopleSoft).
