Job summary

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Jacksonville, FL. This hands-on role supports major commercial construction projects, including the Jaguars stadium and Four Seasons Residential, with on-site experience and housing available.

You will assist with scheduling, documentation, procurement, site visits, and day-to-day project management under a mentor.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising Junior or Senior, registered for full-time classes for Fall 2027.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in both an office and active job-site environment.
• Available to complete a 10-12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
• Assist with material procurement and tracking
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Visit active job sites and gain exposure to construction operations
• Assist with project closeout and day-to-day project management activities
