Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Jacksonville, FL. The role offers hands-on experience on major commercial construction projects, including high-profile projects like the Jaguars stadium and Four Seasons Residential.

You will support scheduling, documentation, procurement, and coordination while gaining exposure to site operations. Housing is available for the internship spanning ~10–12 weeks starting May 24, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising Junior or Senior, registered for full-time classes for Fall 2027.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in both an office and active job-site environment.
• Available to complete a 10–12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
• Assist with material procurement and tracking
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Visit active job sites and gain exposure to construction operations
• Assist with project closeout and day-to-day project management activities
