Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club seeks an Early Talent Lead to oversee our internship and fellowship programs on-site in Augusta, GA. You will guide recruitment, onboarding, housing, events, and communications, ensuring a meaningful participant experience and strong collaboration with internal partners.

The role requires close interaction with hiring managers, campus partners, and program participants to advance workforce planning and program resources.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR/recruiting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and coordinate programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for internship and fellowship opportunities from sourcing to communication.
• Coordinate onboarding, housing logistics, events, and participant communications.
• Collaborate with branding for internship/fellowship awareness and university engagements.
• Serve as primary contact for interns/fellows and manage program resources.
• Track applications, recruiting activity, and program outcomes; ensure process consistency.
