Job summary

You will manage housing logistics, events, communications, and program resources, serve as the primary contact for interns and fellows, and help shape program processes while ensuring compliance with labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for internship and fellowship opportunities, coordinating timelines and communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position needs, timelines, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Build awareness of opportunities via branding and campus outreach.
• Serve as primary contact for interns and fellows, providing ongoing program guidance and support.
• Coordinate onboarding, housing, events, communications, and program resources.
