The role partners with Human Resources and campus departments to align student internships with majors and workforce needs.

You will manage a $400,000+ budget, set internship timelines, oversee onboarding, coordinate site mentors and interns, run evaluations, and ensure compliance with employment policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Jags on Campus (JoC) program budget of $400,000+.
• Establish timelines and deliverables across Human Resources to onboard interns for fall and spring semesters.
• Set timelines for JoC intern workflows and plans for the next term.
• Oversee payroll and the program's lifecycle each semester.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and pursue continuous improvement.
• Coordinate events to recognize student and site mentor experiences.
• Provide training to site mentors and interns on best practices in applied learning.
