FCBank is seeking an ITM Agent to deliver exceptional customer service to clients through ITMs, emails, and online/mobile banking messages. You will assist with transactions, troubleshoot issues, and respond to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients via ITMs, email, and online/mobile messages.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems clients may encounter with ITMs or online platforms.
• Maintain high-quality service and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Travel to market areas for onboarding or training when needed.
