Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, with related ITM and contact center experience.
Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents; professional communication.
Ability to utilize telephone systems and digital literacy including email and internet.
Proficiency with core transaction systems, including eBanking, ITM software/hardware, and contact center tech.
Math: perform basic arithmetic and interpret percentages.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to banking services.
Accurately assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries via ITMs, emails, and online/mobile messages.
Diagnose and provide support for technical problems with ITMs, email, or online/mobile banking platforms.
