Qualifications

• Customer service principles and delivering quality service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions for customers using interactive teller machines (ITMs) and balance ITM batches.
• Process mobile deposits and review checks for authenticity and hold placement.
• Process mail deposits/payments; reconcile teller accounts and manage branch supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to produce reports and assist with special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
