Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union seeks an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Services Specialist to provide expert ITM guidance, support branches, and reconcile ledgers in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree in business/finance and ITM Teller experience, with capability to learn systems like Symitar and NCR/Enterprise. Hybrid schedule after training, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field required.
• One year of experience as a Teller on the ITM Track or in a similar role required.
• Applicable work or military experience may substitute for education (two years' experience = one year education).
• Additional education or certifications may satisfy minimum experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ITM expert resource for management and employees, providing operational and procedural guidance.
• Support branches with error resolution and assist with new or changing products and services.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
• Research and correct daily operation exceptions and system errors for ITM systems.
• Balance and reconcile check deposits, investigate discrepancies and initiate corrections.
• Assist with training department personnel on ITM-related services.

Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Services department has an immediate opening for an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Services Specialist! Key Responsibilities

As an ITM Services Specialist, you will:

• Serve as an ITM expert resource for TFCU management and employees, providing operational and procedural guidance.
• Support branches with error resolution and assist with new or changing products and services.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
• Research and correct daily operation exceptions and system errors for ITM systems.
• Balance and reconcile check deposits, investigating discrepancies and initiating corrections.
• Assist with training department personnel on ITM-related services.

Salary & Schedule

Starting Hourly Rate: $22.20; T2 pay grade This is a non-exempt position. Final compensation will be based on your relevant experience, internal equity, and organizational need.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Alternating Saturdays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Candidate will have options to work a hybrid and flexible schedule after training is completed.

Licensing & Certification

• Must be bondable through TFCU’s selected authority
• Completion of TFCU University certification required
• Must pass required regulatory training
• Completed Teller Capstone
