Job summary

National Police Federal Credit Union in Chicago is seeking an ITM Engagement Specialist to enhance the member experience by providing personalized support, guidance, and education on Interactive Teller Machines.

You will educate members on ITM features, promote digital banking services, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of two years in banking/credit union is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of banking or credit union experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with ITM functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact operator for ITM services.
• Process member requests and transactions through the ITM interface.
• Balance daily transactions and post to GL accounts per procedures.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in compliance with policies.
• Ensure front-line operations are efficient and accurate.
• Educate members on ITM features, benefits, and digital banking options.
• Promote opportunities to expand members' use of digital banking services.
• Troubleshoot ITM issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and personalized experience for every interaction.
• Ensure members feel welcome and supported when using ITMs.
