Job summary

Education First Federal Credit Union is seeking ITM Agents for the Administration - Contact Experience Center to assist members through ITM, chat, email, and other digital platforms. You will handle monetary and non-monetary transactions with confidentiality and accuracy.

You will respond to inquiries, maintain knowledge of credit union products, complete required exams, and support member relations while upholding security standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Up to six months of related experience.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve inquiries via ITM, email, chat, secure messaging or other digital channels; assist with monetary and non-monetary transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail while handling multiple requests and meeting service levels.
• Identify member needs and guide them to appropriate products or staff to deepen relationships.
• Complete quarterly/annual product knowledge exams and mandatory trainings.
• Create a neat and professional work environment and maintain a positive attitude toward members and coworkers.
• Comply with all policies, laws, and regulations including BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
