Position Purpose

Assist members with basic teller transactions as well as complex requests through effective, accurate, and professional Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions. The ITM Teller will assist members and potential members with their requests, explain services and respond to problems in a fast-paced environment. Assist members with questions and concerns ranging from basic to complex levels involving products and services. Support the Credit Union in its policies and procedures. Respond to problems and concerns with a sense of urgency in order to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the member and the Credit Union.

Pay Range

• Our ideal candidate will make $20.48 to $21.61 for this role.

Education

• High school degree or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum one (1) year of financial institution experience handling teller transactions required.
• Experience communicating via virtual technology preferred.

All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.

Requirements

• Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:45a.m.–5:30p.m. CST with rotating Saturdays, 7:45am–12:45pm CST. Number of Saturdays worked may increase based on business needs.
• Ability to verbally express oneself, clearly and concisely.
• Effectively use open-ended probing questions to identify members needs and recommend products/services to fulfill those needs.
• Demonstrates sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Consistently demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
• Must be at ease, professional and poised while on camera.
• Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering rules required.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
