Job summary

Duties

1. Member Engagement and Support

• Serve as a contact operator for ITM services.
• Process member requests and transactions, assisting them through the ITM interface as needed.
• Balance daily and process tickets to the appropriate GL accounts in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Ensure front-line operations are carried out correctly and efficiently.

2. Education and Promotion

• Educate members on the features, benefits, and convenience of ITMs.
• Identify and promote opportunities to expand members' use of digital banking services.
• Process member requests and transactions, assisting them through the ITM interface as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance the member experience.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and personalized experience for every interaction.
• Ensure members feel welcome and supported when using ITMs.
