Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly skilled ITM/ATM operations generalist capable of independent decision-making to address complex system, operational, and customer issues. The role includes data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting to identify performance trends.

You will handle escalation, multi-task daily workflows, and contribute to policy development, training, and continuous improvement within the ATM Channel Operations teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with banking operations or retail experience.
• Ability to analyze complex business situations using analytical tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Experience handling complex technical and research issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve complex ITM/ATM/Device system issues and coordinate field support.
• Escalate production issues and support continuous system development.
• Create and maintain ITM/ATM/Device performance dashboards and ad hoc data reports.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and training materials.
