Job summary

Northwood Technical College is seeking applicants for a full-time iTLC Support Technician at the Superior Campus. You will provide customer service and technical support through the Innovative Teaching and Learning Center (iTLC), assisting faculty, staff, and students with library services, classroom technologies, and access to college applications.

You will support operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of classroom technology in onsite and remote environments, assist with circulation,

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two years post-secondary education in a related field.
• Two years related work experience.
• Equivalent educational/occupational experience may be a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service and technical support through the iTLC to faculty, staff, and students.
• Assist with circulation services, including check-in/check-out of materials and patron account support.
• Process and catalog library materials using the library management system.
• Prepare materials for shelving and inventory projects such as shelf-reading and collection audits.
• Assist students and staff with information literacy questions and research strategies.
• Collaborate with Manager of Library Services on instructional resources and outreach initiatives.
• Provide classroom and backup conference center technology support and on-site support for virtual classes.
