Job summary

Navy Mutual in Arlington, VA seeks an IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead a team delivering and sustaining IT services in a Microsoft and Atlassian environment. You will oversee incident, problem, change management, and service desk operations, while coordinating with security to ensure secure, compliant service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in IT service management, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure, and Power BI.

Qualifications

60+ credits toward a degree.
5+ years in IT service management.
Leadership experience in technical teams.
ITIL expert with Microsoft and Atlassian tooling.
Certifications in Microsoft and/or Jira/Confluence are pluses.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor IT professionals including Senior Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer II, and Desktop Support & Infrastructure Technician.
Oversee ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Desk) using Jira/Confluence.
Manage infrastructure reliability across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and AD.
Coordinate change and release management with Jira; document changes in Confluence.
Improve first-contact resolution and end-user satisfaction for enterprise apps.
Collaborate with Security Architect on secure IT delivery and risk assessments.
Identify opportunities to automate ITIL workflows with Power Automate/Azure Automation.
