Imagine One Technology & Management is seeking a Lead Computer Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy in Keyport, WA.

The role acts as an intermediary between the team and upper management, articulating assignments, planning subordinate work, and arranging training. The candidate will bring four years of Tier 2 IT support management experience, expertise in Microsoft OS and Active Directory, and relevant certifications (ITIL, Office 365; Security+ or SSCP).

Qualifications

• Four years of Tier 2 IT support management and resolution experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop OS, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
• Certifications: ITIL, Office 365, Security+ and/or ISC2 SSCP, Microsoft Desktop OS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Act as intermediary between the team and upper management; articulate assignments and plan subordinate work.
• Provide input on performance management, arrange training, and support personnel administration.
