IES is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead IT infrastructure, IAM, endpoint management, and M365 services. You will own backup/DR, drive IaC with Terraform, and collaborate with security, architecture, and business units to stabilize operations.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in IT infrastructure, 3–5+ years in leadership, and hands-on experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and Teams Voice. This role supports a hybrid on‑prem and Azure/M365 environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with IAM and Azure AD/Entra ID lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day system administration of core infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Lead IAM governance, access reviews, conditional access and MFA.
• Oversee Intune device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment.
