Job summary

This senior role ensures operational awareness, service availability, and reliability across the enterprise IT environment, coordinating across infrastructure, network, ingestion, storage, database, application, and analytics domains.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, proven incident coordination, RCA experience, and strong collaboration with engineering.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years in IT
• Experience coordinating major IT incidents and outages
• Experience coordinating planned maintenance across multiple disciplines
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and dependencies
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and tracking corrective actions
• Experience analyzing incidents and briefing senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of outages, incidents, maintenance activities and events affecting enterprise services
• Ensure resources are engaged, impacts understood, and restoration remains coordinated
• Analyze incidents to identify and resolve underlying problems
• Maintain understanding of enterprise architecture and dependencies through collaboration with engineering
• Maintain outage management, planning, change, problem, and continuous service improvement
• Coordinate with managers on programs, KPIs, and OKRs
• Prepare strategic communications and manage documentation under CM processes
