Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in cash handling or financial industry.

• Previous item processing experience in financial roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process checks, deposits, bill pay, and related items from mail, mobile, or ATM channels.
• Use item processing systems to ensure accurate, timely transactions.
• Review processed items to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Perform high-accuracy data entry to maintain financial records integrity.
• Maintain retention and storage of ATM and remittance work.
• Respond promptly to member, branch, and department inquiries with clear communication.
