Ozark Center is seeking an ITCD Program Coordinator to oversee the Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders program. The coordinator will supervise ITCD specialists, community supports, and peer staff, acting as the clinical liaison within and outside the agency, and ensuring fidelity to ITCD standards and trauma-informed care.

The role requires experience with co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed approaches, reporting to the Director of Adult Community Services, with duties

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent with required eligible graduate degree or certification to qualify as QMHP or QAP.
• Experience with individuals with co-occurring disorders in mental health, substance use or justice system programs.
• Ability to provide supervision and oversight of assigned staff.

Aufgaben

• Ensures ITCD Fidelity standards are met per evidenced based model, Ozark Center and DMH standards.
• Provides training and oversight with assigned staff to ensure ITCD Fidelity and best care practices.
• Provides scheduled supervision with assigned team members to ensure direct services are delivered.
• Manages program referrals and assigns clients to team members.
• Completes required documentation within established timeframes per regulations and certifications.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
