Job summary

Ozark Center is seeking an ITCD Program Coordinator to oversee the Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders program, supervise ITCD specialists and support staff, and serve as the clinical liaison within the agency and with partner coordinators. The role requires experience with co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed practices, and a warm, empathic approach to recovery.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with required eligible graduate degree or certification to qualify as a QMHP or QAP.
• Experience with individuals with co-occurring disorders in mental health, substance use, or justice system settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensures ITCD Fidelity standards are met per the evidences-based model and organizational standards.
• Provides training and supervision to assigned staff to ensure ITCD fidelity and care quality.
• Manages program referrals and assigns clients to team members for caseload management.
• Ensures COD assessments and safety plans are completed within timelines and guidelines.
• Performs documentation and reporting, including incident reports, and supports after-hours on-call duties.
