Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral-health field.
• Missouri clinical licensure as LPC/LCSW/psychologist preferred; Qualified Addiction Professional credential or approved equivalent; CPR/First Aid certification.
• Three years of related behavioral-health experience; five+ years with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Experience with EHRs and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated therapy for co-occurring disorders using evidence-based approaches.
• Plan and facilitate co-occurring disorder counseling groups in community settings.
• Complete integrated assessments and develop person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Coordinate with treatment team to maintain ITCD fidelity and quality improvement.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and adherence to regulations.
• Provide training, education, and case coordination for staff and partners.
