Job summary

Ozark Center in Missouri is seeking an ITCD Program Coordinator, a qualified mental health professional responsible for oversight of the Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders Program. The role includes supervising ITCD specialists, community support, and peer specialists, and serving as clinical liaison within and outside the agency.

You will work from a trauma-informed perspective, ensure fidelity to ITCD standards, provide staff training, manage referrals, complete required

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with eligible graduate degree/certification to qualify as QMHP or QAP
• Experience with individuals with co-occurring disorders
• Ability to supervise and train staff
• Experience with trauma-informed care
• Ability to complete required documentation per regulations
• Valid Missouri driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Integrated Treatment for Co-occurring Disorders (ITCD) Program
• Supervise ITCD specialists, community support specialists and peer specialists
• Act as clinical liaison between program coordinators and staff
• Ensure ITCD fidelity to evidenced-based standards
• Provide training and supervision to assigned staff
• Manage referrals and client assignments within multidisciplinary teams
• Report critical incidents and respond during after-hours on-call duties
• Complete all required documentation within established timelines
