Freeman Health System seeks an ITCD Programs Supervisor to oversee the Integrated Treatment for Co-occurring Disorders program. The role supervises ITCD specialists, community support staff, and peers while coordinating with other coordinators to ensure fidelity and quality of care.

Trauma-informed approaches and adherence to state and CARF standards are emphasized. The supervisor will report to the Director of Adult Community Services, support after-hours on-call duties, and manage timely

Formación

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent with graduate degree/certification to qualify QMHP/QAP.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders in behavioral health, addiction or justice settings.
• Hands-on supervision and program coordination for ITCD teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ITCD program fidelity to ITCD models and Ozark Center/DMH standards.
• Provide training and supervision to ITCD specialists and peers.
• Assign referrals and supervise caseloads within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure COD assessments and safety plans are completed on schedule.
• Documentable reporting of incidents to director or designee.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as required.
