Job summary

The Ozark Center is seeking a Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist (CODS) to provide integrated substance use and mental health services in a compassionate, recovery-focused environment. Qualifications

• QMHP or QAP credential required with 1 year of substance use disorder treatment training or supervised experience.
• Credentials may include CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, or RADC.
• Co-occurring disorders certification is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans with clients and supports.
• Ensure documentation, progress notes, and screening tools are completed timely.
• Provide individual and group counseling and connect clients with resources.
• Offer cross-training to staff on co-occurring treatment practices.
• Coordinate continuity of care across programs and aftercare.
