Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced ITAR compliance professional to design and manage the company-wide ITAR program. You will act as Empowered Official, oversee licensing and registrations, and collaborate with business teams to ensure lawful exports and compliance across product lines.

The role requires strong program management, risk assessment, and ability to interface with government agencies (DDTC). Hybrid work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and managing enterprise ITAR programs.
• Experience with Commodity Jurisdiction analysis, prep and submission.
• Proven track record implementing effective compliance processes and programs.
• Experience managing export licensing processes, including reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ITAR compliance program and related policies.
• Serve as Salesforce's ITAR Empowered Official and primary contact for ITAR compliance.
• Review and sign export license applications and TAAs, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Conduct due diligence to verify party eligibility in transactions.
• Manage ITAR registration with DDTC and notify changes.
• Classify commodity jurisdictions and determine ITAR-regulated activities.
• Advise during deal evaluations to avoid unauthorized exports.
• Prepare and manage authorizations for ITAR and export controls.
