Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced ITAR compliance professional to design, implement, and maintain its ITAR program as Empowered Official. You will collaborate with global trade, legal, and business teams to plan licensing and ensure compliance across bespoke products and services, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and managing an enterprise ITAR program.
• Experience with CJ analysis, preparation, and submission.
• Track record implementing compliance processes and programs.
• Experience managing export licensing processes and mandatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce's ITAR compliance program, including policies, training, and audits.
• Serve as ITAR Empowered Official and primary contact for ITAR compliance.
• Review and sign export licenses and TAAs, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Conduct due diligence to verify party eligibility in transactions.
• Manage ITAR registration with DDTC and track annual renewals/changes.
• Classify commodities via CJ and determine ITAR applicability for products.
• Act as primary export control resource during deals and evaluations.
• Prepare and manage authorizations under ITAR and other regimes; monitor usage.
• Report to DDTC on political contributions/fees as required.
