Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced ITAR compliance professional to serve as the Empowered Official and primary export control contact for the Global Trade team. You will design, implement, and maintain Salesforce's ITAR program, including registrations and internal audits.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with business teams to plan ITAR licensing and related obligations across bespoke products and services.

Qualifications

Design and manage enterprise ITAR program implementations.
Review and sign export license applications and TAAs.
Perform due diligence for transaction parties and registrations.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce's ITAR compliance program, including policies, procedures, audits, and training.
Serve as Salesforce's ITAR Empowered Official and main ITAR contact for business teams.
Review and sign export licenses and TAAs, ensuring compliance with ITAR and company policies.
Conduct due diligence to verify eligibility of parties in transactions.
Manage ITAR registration with DDTC, renewals, and organizational change notifications.
Classify commodities and determine ITAR jurisdiction for products and activities.
Support deal evaluations by ensuring compliant export controls.
Prepare and manage authorizations for activities regulated by ITAR and other regimes.
Track political contributions, fees, or commissions reporting to DDTC.
