Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is required.
• 2 years leading ITAM/Desktop/Service Desk teams in an enterprise.
• CMDB experience and ITAM knowledge required.
• CITAM Certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certification required or equivalent.
• Experience with ITAM, CMDB and ITSM principles and processes.
• Experience auditing per NIST/CIS frameworks.
• Experience managing 5,000+ asset inventories across locations.
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience with policy/procedure documentation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CMDB and asset inventory across locations.
• Update processes to manage asset lifecycle and provisioning.
• Procure assets per enterprise requirements and projects.
• Establish relationships with vendors, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Lead enhancement of asset management workflows using Lean/Six Sigma.
