Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Field Service Representative focused on California operations with extensive travel. You will serve as the technical liaison, provide expert AOG and non-AOG support, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aviation maintenance or related curriculum; 5 years combined experience; A&P license preferred.
Must be able to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to customers as a field service representative for Gulfstream aircraft.
Coordinate with TechOps, FAST, vendors, and customers during AOG and non-AOG scenarios.
Act as SME in local customs to resolve technical support events and ensure timely solutions.
Coordinate with COR to ensure smooth EIS deliveries and address issues.
Maintain clear communications of aircraft support status with customers and escalate issues as needed.
Logistics and resource management to repair aircraft worldwide on short notice.
