Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation maintenance or related field.
- 5 years combined experience in aviation maintenance or related work.
- A&P license preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote customer support for Gulfstream aircraft.
- Coordinate with COR to ensure smooth EIS deliveries.
- Act as SME for local technical issues and communications with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to Gulfstream management as needed.
- Guide customers on maintenance tasks and proper procedures.
- Collect and relay technical data and reports for continuous improvement.
