Job summary

Gulfstream Savannah is seeking a Technical Operations Systems Specialist II for the AOG FAST Center on multiple shifts. This role serves as primary contact for internal and external customers, guiding installation, service, repair, and maintenance of Gulfstream aircraft systems, with emphasis on rapid RTS and resolving in-flight issues.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field, 5 years in aircraft maintenance and operations, and an A&P license or EASA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance, engineering technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years aircraft maintenance and operations experience required.
A&P license or EASA B1/B2 license may offset degree.

Responsibilities

Responds to in-flight emergency calls by coordinating resources and providing guidance.
Provides technical consultation across internal teams to resolve operational conditions.
Develops troubleshooting plans and guides teams to return aircraft to service.
Coordinates transfer of technical data and repair drawings for in-service aircraft.
Prepares customer bulletins and service communications.
Applies Lean methods to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.
