Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert providing customer aircraft support in person or via phone/email.
• Coordinate between TechOps, FAST, vendor reps, and customer to resolve issues.
• Act as regional SME on Gulfstream aircraft maintenance and support operations.
• Relay technical information and status to customers, escalating issues as needed.
• Provide guidance on installation, service, repair, and maintenance of Gulfstream systems.
