Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with transactional, high-volume motion.
• Killer on the phone and crisp in writing; able to handle 60–80+ touches daily.
• Process-driven with a strong cadence and CRM hygiene.
• Coachable and resilient — treats
• Proficient in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads within SLA and convert to booked demos.
• Execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists with fast personalization.
• Qualify buyers by type, purchase volume, intent and timeline.
• Maintain CRM accuracy: log touches and dispositions, keep data trustworthy.
• Book, confirm and protect demos; reduce no-shows with reminders.
• Provide feedback on objections, messaging effectiveness, and high-converting segments.
