Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide support for product, service, and promotional inquiries.
• Assist customers with promotional codes, new product information, and general customer support requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details.
• Conduct outbound calls for marketing campaigns, product launches, and proactive customer engagement activities.
• Support relationships with retailers and distributors through promotional and commercial initiatives.
