Bella’s Bistro in Saratoga, Wyoming is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen and uphold our handcrafted Italian dishes with pride. This is a hands-on cooking and leadership role on the sauté station during dinner service.

We value strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and a collaborative team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of cooking experience, a passion for Italian cuisine, and the ability to guide staff while maintaining high standards and smooth daily

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience.
• Strong sauté skills and a passion for Italian cuisine.
• Proficient in Spanish and English, strongly preferred.
• Confidence in leading a team and maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, consistency, and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the chef’s established menu and recipes with precision and consistency.
• Organize and complete daytime prep to ensure a seamless evening service.
• Work the sauté station during dinner service, showcasing timing, technique, and presentation.
• Assist in planning, prepping for and executing daily specials.
• Lead the kitchen team with clear communication, accountability, and respect.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards and ensure orderly kitchen operations.
• Oversee nightly closing procedures, including storage, cleaning, and equipment shutdown.
