Zusammenfassung

Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano is seeking a hardworking Sous Chef to elevate our guest dining experience. The ideal candidate will manage daily kitchen operations, train staff, and maintain high standards of food preparation, safety, and plating.

Flexibility for weekends/evenings and extended shifts is required to meet operational needs. Qualified candidates bring at least 1 year of Sous Chef experience in a full-service setting, current food safety certification, and strong leadership abilities

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Current Food Safety and Sanitation certification is required.
• Strong culinary skills and best practices for food prep and cooking.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and communicate clearly, both verbal and written.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and participate in daily kitchen operations (opening/closing procedures, receiving, prep, cooking).
• Train kitchen staff following company policies and procedures.
• Uphold standards for food preparation, plating, safety and sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Control operational costs, take inventories, and order food and supplies.
