Job summary

RL People seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production operations across Sort, Test, Quality Control, Inventory, Fulfillment, Returns, Refurbishment, and Shipping & Receiving. Drive efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the facility while meeting SLAs and customer expectations.

The role requires strong KPI focus, cross-functional collaboration with Inbound Sales, Product Sales, eCommerce, and IT, and a track record of improving productivity through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production, refurbishment, or fulfillment environments.
• Strong knowledge of operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Data-driven with KPI and analytics experience.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
