Job summary

ALOM Technologies in Indianapolis, IN seeks a seasoned production leader to drive high-volume manufacturing and fulfillment excellence. You will mentor teams, optimize production lines, and ensure world-class quality while cutting costs.

The role emphasizes ISO/QMS compliance, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with Warehouse, Quality, and Technology Engineering teams to meet customer SLAs and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in a high-volume automated and manual assembly manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading diverse teams and driving productivity improvements.
• Experience with ISO, QMS and CAPA systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing teams of technical resources to achieve daily and long-term production goals.
• Directing targeted learning and development for all production staff.
• Steering production activity to achieve goals while controlling costs.
• Managing and optimizing production efficiencies and run rates.
• Analyzing customer SLAs, forecasts, open orders, and staffing plans.
• Establishing lean production principles and efficient line layouts.
