We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production operations across multiple departments and drive efficiency, quality, and safety throughout our facility. What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee production operations across multiple departments, including Sort, Test (Computer & Mobility/HDD), Quality Control, Inventory, Fulfillment, Returns, Refurbishment, and Shipping & Receiving.

• Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), departmental metrics, and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Implement and maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring teams are well-trained, compliant, and aligned with company policies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams - including Inbound Sales, Product Sales, eCommerce, and IT - to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and support strategic initiatives.

• Analyze production data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve efficiency, optimize processes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
