Job summary

ITW is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across production, finishing, inspection, and shipping. The role focuses on building a safe, engaged, and high-performing team that meets safety, quality, and delivery targets.

The incumbent will convert business priorities into daily plans, collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and lower costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, standard work, root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and production-reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost targets.
• Translate demand into priorities, staffing plans, schedules and execution expectations.
• Monitor performance, address constraints, and coordinate recovery plans.
• Ensure manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and shipping meet customer specifications.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
