Guardian is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in South Hackensack, NJ to coordinate complex ITAD projects and serve as the central point of execution. You will work with field technicians to ensure readiness, manage timelines, and document progress to keep projects on track.

You will maintain ERP/CRM data and collaborate across internal stakeholders, with travel up to 25% as project needs require. This role emphasizes accountability and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in operations, logistics, field services, or technical environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data erasure, data center decommissioning, and ITAD services; confirm scope, timelines, staffing, travel, dependencies.
• Partner with Field Support and Technicians to ensure readiness and clear assignments.
• Manage project communications; provide updates and surface risks.
• Track progress and resolve issues within scope; escalate when needed.
• Support documentation and closeout; ensure chain-of-custody records and project docs are complete.
• Maintain system accuracy in ERP, CRM, and project tracking tools.
