Job summary

DMD Systems Recovery LLC in Tempe, AZ seeks multiple Inside Sales Representatives to fuel net-new ITAD business from our Tempe headquarters. This full-cycle role handles outreach, qualification, quotes, and close for transactional ITAD opportunities.

You will partner with the Enterprise Data Center team, build a robust pipeline, and contribute to meeting activity and revenue targets. This on-site role offers uncapped commission with a $95k–$130k OTE.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with net-new business development.
• Ability to run full sales cycles from outreach to close on transactional or mid-market deals.
• Working knowledge of IT hardware and ITAD processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to handle high activity.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to build a pipeline of new accounts.
• Full-cycle selling from qualification to close on ITAD opportunities.
• Partner with Field Sales on strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Maintain relationships for smaller and mid-market accounts as they grow.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals with CRM accuracy.
