Job summary

DMD Systems Recovery LLC, a leader in IT asset disposition (ITAD), is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to build and lead the inside sales function from the ground up. You will design the operating model, hire and train an initial cohort of reps, and establish day-to-day processes from prospecting to pipeline management.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who has stood up a sales team before and wants to shape a new function rather than inherit one, reporting to the Sales Director in

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling an inside sales or SDR team.
• 3+ years managing a quota-carrying B2B sales team.
• Prior B2B sales with ITAD, IT services, cloud, or related tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard the initial Inside Sales cohort and scale the team.
• Co-create the Inside Sales program with playbooks, processes, and metrics.
• Define engagement, deal-routing, and handoff with field sales.
• Deliver ongoing training on prospecting, product, and sales process.
• Establish weekly forecasting and manage activity, pipeline, and targets.
• Align Inside Sales with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership.
