Job summary

Electronic Strategies, Inc. is seeking an IT Warranty Repair Technician to diagnose and repair customer laptops under warranty. You will work with a team to troubleshoot issued devices and ensure timely repairs, including coordinating pickup and delivery to customer sites.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving skills and a willingness to travel locally to customer locations to collect and drop off equipment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a group.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose incoming laptops.
• Document findings and request appropriate replacement parts.
• Deliver and pickup laptops at customer sites (must have a valid driver’s license).
