Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Relevant technical qualification and 6–12 months of work experience preferred.
• Experience with deskside support and ticket management is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware break/fix services for laptops, desktops, tablets and related devices.
• Install, maintain, upgrade and repair IT products.
• Meet contractual SLAs and deliver services within requirements.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Document all calls and follow policies for case handling.
• Perform routine maintenance and parts administration as needed.
• Complete tasks in line with security, safety, and quality standards.
