This hands-on player-coach role leads a small UX team and sits at the intersection of IT, project teams, and business users to ensure new solutions are adopted smoothly, tested thoroughly, and supported with clear communication and training. Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of five or fewer in UX or IT.
• Background in user experience, training, change management, or process improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on mindset with willingness to stay involved in execution.
• Experience enabling end-user adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the user technical experience team and guide day-to-day priorities
• Support technology deployments from testing through production transition
• Identify and help resolve risks and issues during rollouts
• Gather user feedback and translate insights into improvements
• Partner with technical teams to refine tools and processes
• Promote successful technology adoption across the organization
• Serve as a hands-on problem solver for end-user experience challenges
