Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead a team responsible for end-user IT support, PCs maintenance, and network administration. You will drive continuous improvement of the end-user IT experience and mentor IT Support Technicians in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage IT inventory, respond to escalated tickets, and provide training, while aligning with company values and ensuring reliable IT operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 7 years end user technical support and helpdesk experience.
• Undergraduate degree, certification, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 products, Active Directory, Windows based PCs and laptops
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-functional skills: work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage high call volumes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical info to non-technical staff
• Physical and environmental requirements as described, with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Support team and provide mentorship
• Oversee end-user IT support and maintain end-user experience
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair PCs and laptops
• Manage IT inventory and asset tracking
• Maintain and administer computer networks and connected devices
• Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets requiring complex problem solving
• Provide training to IT Support Technicians
• Perform other duties as assigned
